They NEVER warm bakery items, even when they offer to do so while you’re ordering.
Went two consecutive days. Ordered same drink - decaf, tall caramel brûlée latte. 1st trip regular, tall. 2nd trip decaf, grande. Maybe the third time will be the charm
Keep the music loud so it requires groups to talk louder over the music making it more noisy than necessary, especially for those customers using the location to conduct business
