waited 40+ mins for two drinks (strawberry acai lemonade and iced latte) at this Starbucks and still didn’t get them. no one ever called my name, i was literally standing there the whole time, and then they told me someone might’ve taken my drinks?? how?? if my name was never called? super unorganized and honestly really frustrating. not coming back.

The music is way too loud!!! I asked three times to lower the music. I don’t mind the music. The music they were playing was lovely, but it was so loud!!. You couldn’t have a conversation with the person right in front of you. and every time I asked someone to turn it down, just a little, they would turn it down… but I do believe someone behind the bar kept turning it back up. they need to be told that it needs to be at a conversational level. It’s not a club. It’s a café.

Bro I wanted an ICED pistachio latte with soy milk to go, that’s it, no fancy stuff, gave me a HOT pistachio latte for here???? Like can you read bro? You ok?? Made it wrong twice when it was written clearly on the sticker. Gave an attitude when wanted to make sure it was with soymilk. The remake one has all the syrup at the bottom not even mixed Dude If you don’t wanna work here just don’t work here 🙄
