Fast service but the customer appreciation is low. Very little smiles and not very welcoming.
This Starbucks, in a great location with a captive student audience & great interior design, has declined in service & attitude since the current manager (Elise?) took over. Her first year was characterized by shortages of either straws, sugar, whole milk, etc. While the inventory issues are now rare, the managerial attitude hasn't changed. Is being passive aggressive and bad at making drinks a requirement to work here
waited 40+ mins for two drinks (strawberry acai lemonade and iced latte) at this Starbucks and still didn’t get them. no one ever called my name, i was literally standing there the whole time, and then they told me someone might’ve taken my drinks?? how?? if my name was never called? super unorganized and honestly really frustrating. not coming back.
