Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen
I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside the Galleria Mall. I usually enjoy coming here, but the employee named Damien was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked a question about the menu, he gave a condescending response and acted like I was bothering him. His attitude felt unnecessarily hostile and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. They constantly mess up drink orders and it seems like the later in the day it gets the ruder they get. In addition make sure not to shop up from 5:30-5:45 because they won’t open the doors til later, even tho they open at 5:30
