I paid an extra $1 for extra matcha powder because I know this location doesn’t make the drink properly. DOES THIS REALLY LOOK LIKE A MATCHA WITH EXTRA POWDER? This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I won’t be returning to this location—it’s a complete waste of money.

Service there is focused on their drive- thru patronage. Walk up service is subject to pace of the drive-thru service.
No mobile pick up area. You get to wait in the same line as if you are walking up or sitting in the insane drive thru line. Parking is a nightmare and trying to get out is also a logistical nightmare. And no indoor seating. The worst.
