This location forces you to buy something before using their restroom
I usually love visiting Starbucks, but I had a really awkward experience at this location. The staff were very strictly enforcing the rule that you have to make a purchase before using the restroom. Even though I had already bought a drink, I was asked for proof, which was uncomfortable. I understand the need for policies, but it felt too rigid. If someone looks neat, isn’t causing a disruption, and there aren’t crowds waiting, it would be nice if there was a bit more flexibility. I hope management can find a better balance,... read more
60% of the time I order a hot chocolate here, it tastes like coffee. I don't know why they keep mixing them up.
Very good and spaciously welcoming atmosphere I'll be sure to come here again.
