White lady with ginger hair employee at the register was super rude, she didn’t even bother to greet us or ask if we are ready to order, I had to go awkwardly stand in front of her and greet her. usually good guys work there and everything is delicious. Today I ordered two drinks for me and my boyfriend. I received one drink, and waited for the second one for 10-15 minutes, after which I went up to the employee and asked why I was still waiting, maybe they had some problems? I went there, and the person who served me was very rude. They forgot to give me my complete order; when I pointed it out, they got angry. They have a really bad attitude.
I couldn't even get a cup of water unless I purchased something.
We asked for a cup of water for a little kid. They said only if you order.
