I went to the starbucks in Encino and the cashier Tristan was really nice
I visited this Starbucks today between 12:15 and 12:30 p.m., and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I simply asked if ice could be added to the coffee I had already ordered. I understood that my drink was originally made without ice—I had just changed my mind. Instead of helping, the barista, Skyler, responded in a rude and dismissive way. The store is spacious, and whether you do mobile orders or in person, the wait is always short. The team at this location works quickly and keeps the lobby area very clean. There's never any lag in service
