A barista at this location must don't understand customer satisfaction. I requested to get a brown sugar oat milk iced shaken Expresso but with no ice. She told me the drink required ice to make it. I requested if she could make the drink with ice but after scoop the ice out. She lied and told me that she could scoop out a little ice but it still had to come with ice. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was a major disappointment. While the service itself was friendly and efficient, the cleanliness was a serious issue. There was trash piled up, tables left dirty, and the overall space felt neglected. It was honestly so unclean that it was uncomfortable to even stand inside, let alone sit and enjoy a drink.
