The barista worked on Tuesday(3/11) noon shift ALWAYS made your item wrong. Sometimes they forgot to put in cream, sometimes forgot to add syrup, sometimes they made a cold drink hot. The store should provide training for its employees who are not proficient at their job.
I bought a coffee togo today. They used the compostable lid by Seda. They plugged the 'drink' hole with a circular paper sticker. The vent hole was very big (about 1/8 inch diameter). As I drink, the edge of the lid opening was decomposing. Not a good experience.
Suggestion to owner: please stop responding to so many comments. It is annoying. 2nd revision 10/10/23: Went from 2 to 3 to 4 stars. Service and people working there are very nice - a huge improvement over when this place opened. Spacious seating area compared to most Starbucks. Parking lot inadequate mitigated by parking available on side streets. Or the post office if you are so inclined to ignore their parking signs. The usual Starbucks coffee and food.
