Horrible! I ordered a black tea and got coffee .. they completely messed up our orders, didn't scan the app.... Just a mess! Would not recommend.
The drink I asked for was a Mango dragon refresher with cold foam and pearls. I got a watered down drink with 4 dragon fruit pieces and about 8 pearls, it's not worth the money go to a different Starbucks. On a different note I went to this Starbucks a few months ago and they gave JUST the dragon fruit and mango base nothing else just a clear yellowish drink with nothing else.
Good service. Good staff. Emily taking orders in the drive-thru is always positive and friendly.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. To make matters worse, there was an issue with a refund I was due, and they didn’t return the correct amount. When I tried to resolve the problem, the manager was equally unhelpful and dismissive.
