As a business owner myself, I honestly cannot understand how a company can lose control of customer service to this extent and allow employees to treat customers this way. I placed an online order for a lollipop, a frappuccino, and a flat white. About 5–7 minutes later, I arrived at the store. The only item ready was the lollipop. If you don’t leave a tip - they serve your coffee spilled, heated hot food will be served barely warm and mark on the system order completed when they didn’t even started. Terrible experience I don’t recommend this location
