the older manager lady is always so nasty to her employees. ive witnessed many instances of her losing her temper and taking it out on her coworkers. starbucks is about creating an uplifting environment for everyone- especially for the hard workers that are delivering this experience. im disappointed in this management and i feel for the baristas

I am a regular here and lately it seems different. I did see a manager older lady being very rude to an employee in front of customers and she didnt care that people were starring. I was embarrassed and felt bad for that particular employee as well as others in line waiting. I think you do things like that in private, not in front of everyone to intimadate. Starbucks do better with your store managers. Learned this from experience but keep making the great coffee!
