Morris Twp, Madison Ave location: Beautiful facility and I have been in here many times (long time Starbucks fan) always a pleasant experience, except for today when I witnessed something concerning that I saw taking place behind the counter. Employee had placed stacks of cookies in plastic wrappers on the floor(ugh) while they were preparing to place them into an under the counter cabinet. Great place...nice staff...good place to chat.
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. On a recent visit to the Summit, NJ store—my first in about six months—I was struck by how unwelcoming the staff seemed at the register and while preparing my drink. The Americano itself was as good as always, but the atmosphere made me uncomfortable. I’m hesitant to return to the store again.
Jan made this a wonderful experience. He was so friendly and polite at the register. He made me feel welcome and brightened my day. I wanted to take the time and make sure he got recognition for his outstanding customer service.
This is the best Starbucks matcha latte ever. Enough ice, enough matcha powder. Finally. Thank you!
