Been to SB in Roscoe & Balboa branch twice while waiting for a bus and has to use their restroom. I only noticed 1 friendly staff and I have to look at his nameplate to ensure he is mentioned here. And his name was “Anthony” who has a kind heart. Anthony noticed me standing at the cashier for quite sometime, he entertained me despite they were busy taking ‘drive through’ orders. Connor helped me out this morning with my order. He was professional, nice, and time efficient with assisting me and other customers. He was very friendly sincere with his small talk. I go to this location often in the morning before work and the team is always nice, but Connor really made my morning today!
