I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks on 7050 Topanga Canyon. Around 12:20 p.m., I asked to use the restroom and was immediately questioned about whether I had made a purchase. The attitude felt condescending, as if I was being judged based on how I looked. I genuinely believe I would’ve been treated differently had I been wearing a suit and tie. It left me feeling discriminated against. Respect should be consistent—regardless of appearance.
Amazing, no line in the drive through, plenty of parking and space to sit down and enjoy your beverage.
