Staff are really kind here at this location. However the students outside often find themselves laughing at University Alumni who are war veterans and lose it all🧩
Ordered online and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. Waited for 20 mins in store. They were super busy but I didn’t have time to deal with it and had to just leave without it
This location is incredibly mismanaged. They are two for two in losing my order. First time I waited 20 minutes b/c they weren’t putting names on baked goods and whoever got there first got it. This time I reached out at 15 minutes and was told it was ONLY 15 minutes and it would be another 5 - 10 minutes. I wait another 30 and finally they say they will make the order AGAIN. I wanted to try cold foam on my hot coffee, was denied, and then mocked and laughed at by workers for daring to have a preference. God forbid a customer has taste or curiosity here.
