Please don’t lie directly to the customer. I waited 20 minutes for a plain bagel with avocado spread. When I asked about it, I got told it hasn’t been made yet, and I have to wait til enough orders were made for me to get my food? I’ve never known any restaurant that works like that, but okay. It would be different if I also didn’t see the orders being taken out of the oven, and placed ontop.
