I placed a mobile order I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t busy. It’s not a little girl and we’re working on. It made me wait 15.q Drink that is absurd, and it wasn’t even made correctly
Ordered two iced Dubai chocolate machas and they tasted bad,idk why probably they are closing and messed up the order. Never going back to this location
Honestly, this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The energy here is completely different. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and actually seems like they enjoy being there. I was there yesterday and ended up coming back again this morning, and the experience was just as good both times. Customer service was top tier, and everyone I interacted with was kind and personable. My wife and I come here for coffee while running around and doing errands. When we need a break we like to sit inside and it is a great atmosphere. I have PTSD and this place helps me to relax. Coffee obviously being the main thing here but their food is good as well. So if you're in the area and looking for a place relax while you gather your thoughts this is a place I am definitely recommending
