I ordered online. It was waiting for me. They greeted me warmly. The place was very clean.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but there was no cream cheese at all. This is unacceptable for a simple order. I paid extra and still didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointing experience and poor attention to detail.
Giving 5 stars because of the Baristas. I truly wish I was able to get their names but R (Riley maybe?), the blonde barista, and the entire staff today were absolutely amazing. I went here with my family earlier because my sister just had to have Starbucks. We were not expecting the amount of people there. Insanely busy but our wait time wasn’t bad. The drinks and food were fine although they tried to give me a hot black coffee instead of an iced coffee which I asked for. No big deal got that fixed but the staff has a major attitude problem. Wouldn’t give me the change I asked for and didn’t see one smile in the whole building. Usually wouldn’t bother me but it’s Christmas. People come to Starbucks for a pick me up it’s not cool to be so negative and irritable… especially on Christmas Day. Terrible experience do better.
