Have to wait over 15 minutes for one drink that was ordered in advance is ridiculous. Definitely won't be returning back to this location. Associate at the window not very friendly. Didn't greet me didn't ask how my day was didn't ask if I need anything else etc.
I love our Bartow Starbucks. The service always makes me smile.
