They gone! Store location has closed. Tons of Starbucks locations closing forever without warning...signal of apocalypse?
Extremely disappointing customer service at Starbucks today. The staff ignored me repeatedly, acknowledging others but refusing to engage or make eye contact. This reflects poorly on Starbucks’ brand and standards. Hiring people with such disregard for customers damages your reputation and experience.
People that work here are nice, but the iced coffee is always watered down. Not sure who is responsible for making it bit it almost consistently is so dilute that it lacks coffee flavor.
Was staying down the street and used this Starbucks (Columbia road/18th ST in NW DC) for 6 days. Arrived very early each day - they open at 5 am. Staff in general was friendly and efficient, the food and beverages were all good. Lots of seating including 4 very comfy chairs around a coffee table near the window. Clean bathrooms and store. Good music played. Could not ask for anything more from a Starbucks.
