I got the name incorrect it isn't blain it was a guy named Brandon who done what he did to me slammed the door in my face when I was being as polite as I could be to him... This place is great other then one specific man that works there and his name is Brandon. Im pregnant and like extra Carmel in my drink. Everyone els has no issue doing it for us. I came through while he was there a couple of times and he refuses to do it the way I ask unlike anyone els. He slammed the drive through window in my face after I had asked about the Carmel. Rude guy at window. If you place an order through the app for points they act like it’s a burden to make your coffee. Even if there is no one else in the drive thru ahead or behind you, they want you to wait in a parking space for 15 mins until coming back through the drive thru AGAIN for two coffees rather than just wait at the window for it to be ready. Makes 0 sense. Even after waiting in the parking space 15 minutes and coming back through he still had an attitude as if it takes 30 minutes to make two coffees.
Well I thought is was a good establishment but I just got denied extra Carmel from a guy named blaine when I come threw here everyday to get the same thing and spend good money for what I want ... I've never had a problem until him, he just costed them a customer because I will not be treated that way by any supposed to be employee period... I just went in to pick up my coffee. They didn't put a sleeve on, so I asked the guy in front of me if they had sleeves. He said if they aren't there we may be out. He turns to the to go and grabs one, then tells me "Next time you have a question go down there. We don't answer questions on this side of the counter." And this is why I don't need to spend $7 on coffee anymore.
