This place used to be my go to Starbucks, the drinks were delicious and fast and I never had a bad experience with my drink or any order. I am not sure if the manager changed but now the workers are super slow, they don’t care if you made a mobile order over 15 minutes prior to picking it up they will not make it until I go and ask them for my drink. It’s Starbucks, and Starbucks just isn’t for me. The servers were really nice though.
I am so confused by the negative reviews. This is my local Starbucks and I’ve only been treated EXCEPTIONALLY well. The service is timely, the baristas are kind, and the location itself is a great place to work with lots of natural light. I want to shout out Aviana specifically, she’s so friendly and always gives great suggestions — I’ve discovered some new menu favorites because of her! Highly recommend this Starbucks.
