I had stopped going to Starbucks altogether, but one day I realized that they had matcha drinks and decided to go in and check it out. Wow, it was so bad that I cannot believe they call it matcha latte. The matcha was all clumped and tasted so bitter; but not matcha bitter, just plain powder bitter. The barista told me that it used to be sweetened before, then they changed it to unsweetened, and now it's back to sweetened. Whatever it is, its definitely the worst matcha I've ever tasted.

Just went there yesterday, and gotta say, for a Starbucks, this place was deserted. Only one other person, compared to every other Starbucks I've seen, with a line through the door. That's probably why the staff seemed so happy. Got the brownie, and, gotta say, it could stand to be a bit bigger. Although, when I got it, it was very warm, which was a nice touch. The only other thing that I didn't like was the outside seating wasn't properly set up, so we had to put the chairs up ourselves.
This location their coffee is good But the three person working this morning was bad and rude no respect for customer there all are not professional, I stood up for 15 minutes the two girls were just running their mouth between not even asked me what do I want even the guy did not even asked neither bad service
