Everyone there was very professional and kind ta les and floors were clean.
They started out extremely rude when I got up to order. It was 8:45 and they closed at 9. As someone who worked in customer service for years, I understand being ready to go home. But that is your job until you close. So they kept cutting me off when trying to order, and then made our drinks wrong. I told them they were wrong and she said, so what do you want me to do?! Yesterday came through drive thru and was helped by Emme, terrible customer service! Took several minutes to come to the window to allow me to pay as she stood there and made whip creams instead. When the drinks were ready is when she finally opened the window, didn’t even say hello.. just shoved the drink out and said here ya go and my total.
