Went through the drive this morning with a mobile order and got chewed out by the employee working the drive that I didn’t give them enough time before pulling in. There was no one in line. Exceptionally rude. I won’t be returning. Because of her attitude I should have asked for a refund instead. Very unprofessional. I’ve never been chewed out by a Starbucks employee let alone any other place I’ve placed a mobile order. Absolutely wild. Management needs to take a look at this place and evaluate their employees.
