I went to this Starbucks location this morning and ordered a hot latte with one shot of non-sugar vanilla syrup. The barista responded, “Free sugar vanilla syrup, you mean?”, which was basically the same thing, just phrased differently. Then they asked me, “Iced latte?”, even though I had clearly said “hot latte.” I found the experience frustrating and unnecessarily confusing. Drinks are always terrible. I frequent different locations and everytime I order from this location every drink I order simply doesn't taste like the other starbucks. It's always full of ice, like the full cup, and missing 25% of the rest of the drink.
