Not very clean . Orders not done right .
I’ve been working in the city for over a month now and usually start my day at this Starbucks. I’ve never had an issue! I absolutely love the second floor overlooking DuPont Circle, such a great way to start the day. My favorites are Ricky, The girl with the red ends in her hair and the manager with the black knit hat. Will keep coming back!! ↕️
Probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. Not a comfortable experience at all. Music is incredibly loud and people inside talk very loudly. I saw someone sit outside to take a meeting because of the condition inside and I probably should have done the same.
I am so thankful this is the closest Starbucks to me because the staff are so friendly and kind! It makes me so happy every morning when I pick up my coffee - their energy is contagious and a great way to start the day!
I asked for light ice in my refresher and it’s filled 3/4th with ice…feel like I got ripped off.
