I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. The drink was made incorrectly, and I have a severe dairy allergy, so accuracy is extremely important. It was made with regular milk instead of the alternative I ordered. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista refused to make eye contact even though she was standing directly in front of me.
