The employees are so rude and arrogant! They are so snotty and not friendly at all. They take forever to make the drinks. I waited 30 minutes just for a refresher and no one was in the store. When the old location was open the customer service was amazing! My drink had cold foam on the outside and I asked the girl for a napkin and she rudely asked for my drink back to wipe it off.
