Everything was fine until I asked for the code to use the restroom while I wanted for my order. The girl “you have to make a purchase to use” this is few minutes after she took my order. Kinda pissed me off.
I was a paying customer, yet I felt harassed and unfairly singled out by an employee who repeatedly approached me within minutes. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Why is the policy for using your public space being enforced so aggressively?
