My Service here was very terrible however I placed a mobile order at 3:42 as well as an order in store order a few minutes to walking in. As i was waiting for my order a rush came in to where there were only 3 ppl working. I waited patiently as they cleared they rush with yet no one working on mobile orders as the rush calmed down I than proceeded to head to register because my name was being called for my in store order. Ordered online. Went there to pick up my drink and food. I asked the barista if I can get cup of water. The dude told me to order at the register when was a line. What’s the purpose ordering online then…
She put so much love in my drinks and had the best energy 🩷 love her!
This spot sets the standard for other Starbucks in welcoming even with busy commuter traffic. Marie always goes the extra mile, very friendly & sets a standard in connecting with her customers while being quick & efficient in getting orders completed. Matt is also great & remembers my name and order even though I’m only there when in Jersey City for business. Great employees make all the difference!
I absolutely love the people here, yall are so amazing with everything you do. I love the greetings in the morning and I love the energy you guys give. I never walk out upset, I always feel so much better with everyone there! Thank you for everything you guys do, you are all amazing, keep it up!!!
