I had a really good experience with Karen at the exchange place store. She customized my order and redid it to suit my taste. All efforts done with a smile
They “close at 9” but not really !!! 8:50 other days 8:55 etc Closed at 9pm is 9pm not 8:50 nor 8:45 I’m sorry but this waste all of our times, close earlier and that’s fine just let everyone knows in the website
Good location, but can get busy and the speed here is slow - even when not busy. Typically 3 staff members, one on till, one making drinks and one kind filling stuff/ looking busy... But when there is a queue of 5 customers with multiple items ordered, surely you increase production capacity... THIS STORE has limited seating - I'd almost call this a takeaway option only.
Nice place and friendly staff.
