This Starbucks is always neat and clean. I get my order in a timely manner, by their friendly staff.
Sooo, I just wanted to start this review by saying thank you! Backstory, I'm the manager over at Ashley Furniture here in Edwardsville. Im a regular at the local Starbucks on Troy Ave because it'sclosest to where I work, and I truly love the staff over there, but they were out of Oatmilk today, so I ventured over to 157 and centergrove! This location was good for awhile after they opened and actually became my favorite one nearby. But recently the staff has become very unfriendly and rude. I enjoy the friendliness and upbeat personalities of Starbucks employees so it is disappointing to not receive that same experience at this location. I will say hello and thank you while standing right in front of them and they wont even acknowledge my presence.
What's not to love? I don't know if I've ever gotten something bad from Starbucks; it may not have been to my liking, but that's personal preference. 99/100 times the service is spot on. And I can say with 100% certainty, they've never screwed up my order.
