Baristas were SO helpful when I inquired about the return of another drink. Very upbeat and the manager was stellar!
I order my morning coffee from this store about 3-4 times a week. This time I just wanted a cup of water. Apparently a new policy prevents this as you have to buy something first. I wasn't even given the option to pay for the cup of water. As a prior ASM kinda wild to do that to a regular.
