I tried calling to have a concern addressed the manager, however one of the employees was hesitant to pass me over. She was arguing with me wanting to know why I was calling and I explained that I had a concern to address with the manager at which point she refused to pass me over without an explanation and my name. This is not good customer service. The manager Jacob, condoned it and told me she was just trying to do her job. Badgering a customer over the phone is not doing your job.

My server Carly was AMAZING. She got me a jalapeño wrap thing and a drink so fast. 10/10 customer service
LYNN!! LYNN you are an absolute pleasure. My boyfriend and I came in to get a pink drink and breakfast sandwich before yard saving and most of the starbucks are full of stuck up employees who make you feel stupid for not knowing the lingo but you my dear, have made our experience amazing. Didn't make us feel uncomfortable or out of place at all... thank you so much I hope you have an amazing day! Drinks and food were great as well!!!
