I messed up and dropped my yummy coffee. Made a huge mess and I felt terrible. The baristas were super patient with me, got me up and running with a new cup, and happily helped get it cleaned up. Absolutely top notch service and I do feel terrible that I made your day busier. My bad :( Thank you guys again and management please recognize em for the tremendous help! This happened around 3:30pm on oct 12th.
I would think that if I'm spending $40 on 4 coffees and a muffin I would have better service...
I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! The store was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything ran smoothly but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service from Gabby. Gabby was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. She took the time to make sure my order was just right and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
