The baristas are rude and asked me questions about my service animal when they cannot do that legally.
I am in the area for work often and order through Uber Eats to my hotel. Nearly half the time that I order coffee with heavy cream, they leave room for the heavy cream and then leave it out completely. Not only do I not get heavy cream, I end up with less coffee. Simple mistake, but over and over again? Disappointing.
Got a mocha frap but it had like 10x the chocolate syrup. Almost made me vomit.
