The 4 working today had the urgency and energy level of a sloth. It was not very busy and with 4 of them working it took over 20 minutes to make two drinks.
Amazing coffee and desserts here and everyone is very nice and helpful here
This location has a great spot, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Over the past year, the service, customer interaction, and drink preparation here have not met the standards typically expected from Starbucks. One of the most concerning issues is hygiene. I have personally observed staff handling cleaning tools like a broom and dustpan and then proceeding to prepare drinks without proper sanitation.
