Didn’t understand how to make a doppio , kept trying to give me a solo. When i said it supposed to have two shots not one, was told they would remake it. Didn’t, just put the cup under the counter, took the lid off, put it back on and served me the same drink like i couldn’t SEE them, feel it was still cold and see the whipped cream was melted. Asked for a correction three times and was given the same drink three times. Just lazy and ignorant.
This is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how there is absolute net zero sense of urgency here. I pre order something 10 minutes. One drink and it takes an eternity.
This place is the worst. The people who work here are rude. They make terrible drinks. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. The only reason they get business is because of their location. Whoever manages this place should have been fired a long time ago. It is so unfortunate because this place had so much promise. Once upon a time it was one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. How did it fall so far!?! 1 star now. Gotta stop going but it is convenient. Maybe they will conveniently fire most of their staff and fix the ills that plague this... read more
