My fiance says he will never go back to Starbucks again. He ordered a caramel protein latte for me today, and they charged him for some matcha drink. When he let them know it was the wrong price, they said there was nothing they could do. They remade the drink and gave him what he ordered, but still overcharged him. Terrible customer service, and the drink was lukewarm.
Service Sucks. Staff not friendly. Order took 25 mins to wait for even tho was mobile order. No one spoke had to ask about order. App told me order was ready for pick up. Got order with no damn straw. Had to ask for straw and straw too small for vente cup. I’m gonna start going to Dutches Bros. Star bucks won’t see me again.
Wednesday May 27th I placed an online order to be picked up around 9:22 when I drove to the speaker box the lady there sounded annoyed which I tried to skip over. I had ordered 2 drinks and at the speaker box added a venti water. In total I had 3 drinks, 2 venti and 1 grande.
