My drinks have been made incorrectly recently..
One of my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa! You have great seats and makes meeting with friends easy!
The woman I’ve gotten at the window the past 4 or so times has been extremely rude, she consistently cuts me off so I can’t add customizations to try to rush through my order, she also pretended not to hear me after I asked for straws and slammed the window so I had to wait a minute or so for her to come back from wherever. I’m really not picky when it comes to customer service, I understand bad days and the industry but I’ve never felt so dismissed and unwanted trying to purchase a coffee.
