I love the staff at this location. My kids and I go every Friday before school. My oldest autistic child only likes chocolate cold foam. For the first time ever, manager Chelsea said that they can’t sell “drink components”. I let her know that we’ve done it before, she then in the headset told all the staff not to do that for me. Have gotten drinks here the past three times all made horribly, tasted poorly, never filled properly. This location has to be the worst
I walked in no one said good morning I got to the register no one acknowledged i was there for 2 mins i stood there no one said some will be with you no one said GOOD MORNING Someone will be with you 7 people working Not One greet me with kindness
