Girl had an attitude. I ordered a blended drink and am having a hard time drinking it because of the large chunks of ice getting caught in the straw. I asked for vanilla substitute, she used oat milk. I asked for an extra shot of coffee and this is the most watered down drink I have ever gotten from a Starbucks. I wish I could take back the tip. I understand bad days happen but don't take them out on your customers.
May 8, 2026 I visit this location every time I’m in Tacoma. Their espresso used to be great, not anymore. Unfortunately today it was watery and weak, tasted like a regular pour over coffee and not a good one 🫤🫤 Starbucks keeps raising their prices but does not maintain the quality. This is my new Starbucks location I go to since I started my new job across the street. They are so friendly, remember your name and it's always clean. Highly recommend the Sunsera roast. Smooth not bitter
I had such a great experience at Starbucks and just had to share! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well put together. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and had that perfect balance of energy without being overwhelming.
