Too many homeless nearby so the entrance and exit is not the best experience. Staff and building are great
Chain places don’t usually have good reviews but this place does and I can see why. I came in asking for a drink to be remade from a store nearby. The staff were so welcoming and understanding. Not only did they remake it with a smile, they sincerely thanked me for coming in. I am a religiously loyal long time Starbucks customer but they don’t know that. I was so surprised as these levels of hospitality are rare nowadays.

Says it closes at 7 online but they shut down everything by 6:30-6:40.
Great customer service every time I go there. My drink comes out the way I want it and staff is always friendly. Sitting area is always clean too.
