If there were an Olympic event for customer service, this Starbucks team would be taking home gold medals and sipping victory salted caramel cream cold brews on the podium. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted like a long-lost friend who finally came back from a caffeine shortage. The staff here don’t just make coffee — they perform coffee alchemy. These baristas are like family. They know me by name and they know my order. When they see me walking into view they start making my drink. They’re all so friendly and I love going in and seeing them everyday because it puts me in a positive mood before work. They are a very special group. I’m happy to consider them my friends.
Been a customer for years, the ambiance used to be so nice, drinks consistent, now it feel like been in a deep and dark subway station while the past 3 times my drink was different (mocha), once missing the chocolate and the next the coffee shot but not the chocolate so they had to remake them. Please close this location too, Arlington center deserves better!
