Rude service towards Gold Level Members!!! Leave tip and they mess your order up and question what you order when it's written on the Receipt they gave you :O
Left a tip. Then realized they got our coffee size wrong(paid for a grande but got a tall one). Then they denied charging us the grande size. Gd thing we have our receipt!! Smh
