Sadly, I hear this location will close. Friendly, yet focused on getting the work done. I have a favorite drink that this shop always makes it consistently.
Great staff. Great people. It is a shame that they're closing this location down. It is in a hole in a wall place in one of Dallas's famous buildings. They should leave this place open.Went on new year's eve
While in Dallas at the NFCA Convention, we came to this Starbucks every morning for 4 days in a row. We walked 20 minutes both ways from our hotel. The staff is exceptional, extremely friendly and so knowledgeable about what we wanted to order. They remembered us each morning and even made suggestions to us in our ordering. Knowing your clients is important! It was well worth our walk!
A young lady by the name Grace helped me with my order and her help and positive energy was amazing!!!!
Hands down theeeeeee best Starbucks I’ve ever been to by far! GRACE deserves the "Starbucks Employee of the Year Award"! She was so over the top bubbly and sweet when taking our order! Well worth the visit after getting in from the airport. I seriously couldn’t believe the amazing amount of customer service we received from Grace, she even went the extra mile to let me know that my Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappe with 3 shots of espresso doesn’t fit in the normal Grande size cup, so instead of her throwing the remaining ... read more
