This location really sucks, I don’t know if it’s management or what but they always manage to make my drinks wrong. Have rung me up incorrectly multiple times and don’t even bother to refund me even when they charge for an item I didn’t order. They’re constantly out of food items as well and most of the afternoon crew is always pretty rude.

I visited my local Starbucks this morning hoping to pick up a specific cup, but it was sold out….. no biggie, I know that’s how these limited releases often go. I found another cup I liked, along with a drink, a snack, and some coffee grounds to gift a friend. What really turned my experience sour was the service. The barista seemed frustrated from the get-go, even though there wasn’t a line behind me and the store wasn’t extremely busy.
