Great customer service but as for drinks, it’s always a 75% chance it will be wrong or the effort in adding what is paid for is close to non-existent. It’s frustrating because they are so nice but the drink standards is so low.
Worst experience in the drive-through~ was treated horribly and spoke to so rudely. Sad! I've never experienced this kind of thing at any Starbucks. Go to another one if you have the option.
I don’t want to be rude or complain, but I got a Starbucks drink that had a bug right inside the lid. I’m honestly really grossed out and I took a sip before I even saw the bug. I feel like I threw my money in the trash.
