Never have I waited this long at a drive thru… I even ordered online for drive thru pick up and the wait was ridiculous. They need to hire more workers or train them to be faster
I order a pumpkin spice latte hot and upon receiving product I opened it and it’s halfway full. I ordered a 16 ounce and by the looks of it I got about 10 ounce or less.
