The bathroom was suuuuper dirty; just grime everywhere and pee all over the toilet and floor. Mirror and sink full of grime and dirt. Has it ever been cleaned? Also we put in an order for pickup online and still had to wait 30 mins. I just got 1 simple iced latte at 2 pm and it took that long. And the ice was mostly melted when I got it. I waited inside while my boyfriend waited in the outside car lane so we were prepared on both fronts and it still took forever
Had a lovely experience with an entire team of dedicated workers. These baristas were moving with customers time in mind. Our drinks were delivered with a friendly smile and a genuine conversation with the shift lead on duty (couldn’t get her name because her name tag was smeared from all the work she had been doing but I think it started with an S). The lobby was clean. The greetings were genuine and not robotic. The drinks were above par and the overall experience was a 10⭐️.
What appeared to be adequate staff were overwhelmed by customer orders..longer than normal delivery time.
