Nice place to visit and talk.
I usually order in person, but lately traffic has been ugly and I’ve been placing pickup in store. It shouldn’t take 23 minutes to make my order… has happened twice already where it’s been taking more than the indicated time.
Came this morning. 10 stars. Came back and the PM team need more training. Ran inside to purchase a cup and 2 cups of ice. Waited for 6 min just to still have go get back in my car to get help. The drive thru was more focused on chatting and getting customers in and out.
