I generally dont write negative reviews but this experience was just too much to ignore. I ordered a skinny vanilla latte for pick up and ended up not being able to go down quickly because they were adjusting my 2 year old granddaughters feeding tube. When I got there, my lemon bread was there but not my coffee. I went to the counter and asked about it. I pulled up my app and to show the order. Super nice workers, sweet. I enjoyed my latte. The environment is very nice and clean.
They just all just looking with no response or greeting I sat for 5mins no one told my order
