Updated: June 2026 The staff don't listen to or care about requests/instructions. I have come in multiple times over the past couple months for some of the newer iced drinks and I always ask for "very light ice" and every time they fill half the cup with ice despite the label saying light ice! For a $7 drink I should be able to enjoy it and get what I paid for and have my request fulfilled properly.
I stop in to my best Starbucks location in Lake Highlands where I live. The entire team are welcoming with a smile! I thank you for letting me enjoy my dolce latte and my cheese croissant, as I sit outside and enjoy catching up with the White Rock Lake weekly paper that you graciously have available to read every week. It keeps me updated with all the events in the neighborhood. This is a great start to my Friday and this beautiful day. Thank you for allowing me to share my day with you all here at Starbucks.
