I ordered the dirty chai latte and it tasted so watered down I couldn’t drink it. I asked the employees on two different occasions and they kept telling me that nothing changed. Fast forward, I research and see other customers have similar complaints. Apparently on March 2026, Starbucks as a company changed the chai tea latte recipe to make it less sugary. Best Starbucks in Dallas service wise.
Getting tired of interrupting the barista every time to request drink stoppers for my to-go hot drinks. Please put them back out so people can just grab them like every other Starbucks. This isn’t a good use of anyone’s time and the poor guy constantly being interrupted has to be hurting drink output and/or accuracy, especially at peak times. (Will remove review if issue is resolved)
The workers at this location are always so nice! They also do a wonderful job at making my drink :D
I came in today with a poorly major drink from a different location, and the workers were extremely kind and remade my drink no problem. Stuff was polite and restaurant was clean. Additionally, my drink came out delicious.
