Why are people coming in with their big dogs and allowing them to put their paws on the counter and even sniff at others’ drinks and food orders? The staff does nothing about it and even approves of it. This has been going on for the last two weeks. One of the baristas served the dog that puppy treat at the counter. Unacceptable.

Do not bother coming here unless you do not care whether or not your drink is messed up. CASA LINDA IS BETTER. Maps shows they close this location at 10 PM. They should change that. I have gone by the area and always see them closed well before 10. I got a drink here with cold foam and HALF of my venti cup was cold foam. The worker seemed like she was hating life, understandable. Go to the starbucks down the road at CASA LINDA. They are ten times better at making drinks.
