The very few times I go here I ask myself whyyy did I even bother?! Those peoples aren’t trained on making coffee every time I get a ton of milk my coffee always tastes like pure milk and I only ever go by when I’m exhausted and on my way to pick up my kids from school bc it’s so conveniently located honestly never again. This is my preferred location. It’s close to me and reliable, and the people that work here always greet us with a smile.
Caramel Ribbon Crunch always cheers us up, but today, we went inside and received just the Caramel ribbon, no crunch. In the beginning we asked for no whipped cream and received whipped cream. She then fixed the mistake by slopping off the whipped cream and putting a little more in there. We then received the drinks and begin to notice that is has no crunch, causing my mother to go back in to get some crunch. I on the other had did not feel like going through all of that because what we ordered was on the cup.
