I used to work at Starbucks and this is still one of the worst locations that is CONSISTENTLY bad 💀

My grilled cheese is always good and the matcha was good also
Having a bad day as it is, decided to treat myself to a coffee… I order online & get there to see that my coffee was missing the pumpkin cold foam I tell the barista and this lady has the audacity to say it melted! That she could give me some in another cup! Like what???? I want it on top of my coffee! Mind you I got my husband a coffee as well WITH COLD FOAM !!! And his has it!
