Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. The Circle Valley Calabasas Starbucks is a joke, and Duffy is the perfect example of why. I asked for a simple cup of water and was refused because of some absurd “policy” that you have to buy something first. Greedy, petty, and embarrassing. Duffy’s attitude was even worse than the policy — rude, dismissive, and acting annoyed that I dared to ask for WATER. No explanation, no courtesy, no professionalism.
