New water rule shouldn’t impact paying customers! We ordered and then I saw the water fountain was all blocked off. I asked for a cup of water for my kid and they told me to get back online and order a cup of water! Now I get that head office has told you to do this! But please, use so initiative here people! We passed by this area and saw this Starbucks which had some tables outside, so we decided to sit and enjoy coffee. Afterwards we went in for a coffee refill. The guy (Angel) refused, claiming that once we left the store, we could not get a refill. We explained that we were just outside. He firmly rejected, and worse yet, he added that we always came back for refills. It is enough to reject, but don't need to lie and insult, since we rarely come here.
The atmosphere is amazing! We’re completely in love with this place—the service is the best and fastest!
