We travel 6 times a year from Eugene to Seattle and always stop at the Starbucks in Kelso. We’ve been noticing the quality/taste of our Chia Tea and Mocha Coffee going downhill dramatically, and finally we’ve had to give up Starbucks completely as it just doesn’t taste like anything. We’ve tried explaining what we like but we kept getting the same bland drinks. We are not complicated people.
I am a coffee shop nomad... I work out of a different coffee shop each day, many of which are starbucks. I tend to spend about $150 a week on coffee, much of that is at these locations. However, with the new 'crackdown' passed down from corporate... it's left our rural starbucks feeling rude. I was sitting outside on the patio today, at 8am... the drive through was BUSTLING, but the inside had one table occupied and the remaining 20 or so chairs completely empty.
