Had the worst experience at this starbucks , some of the employees should be retrained or fired due to the lack of professionalism, the employee Anna was so rude and dismissive, didn’t care about fixing the issue , she just chose to ignore , will not be going back to this location again.
I have been a very loyal Starbucks company for years but I will never go back after today. One of their customers assaulted me after they were blocking the roadway this morning and i honked at them to move since they were in the fire lane. The guy got out of his car and start hitting my car and if I didn’t end up backing up and going around cars parked I could be badly hurt now. This should have never happened!
