My husband and I come here for occasional morning dates. We observed Brian provide another excellent Customer service moment with an emotional customer. That customer with tears thanked him, and we believe that the rest of her day would be much better due to his kind gesture. (I joyfully teared up too.)💝

This Starbucks actually ruined my day. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and have ordered the same drink for years. Every Starbucks BUT THIS ONE gets it right. I had them remake my drink TWICE and it was so bad (also used the wrong milk???) I threw it away in store. They genuinely don’t care about their customers because the attitude was awful from the manager and baristas. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. Honestly I’ve been here 3 times to get coffee for my girlfriend and myself. I always order ahead of time and everywhere else it takes 10-15 min. It always takes too long to make here and is always watery or straight up milky. Like it’s a trash drink. If I wanted to give her a glass of ice milk I would. They also always give attitude when I asked for a remake of a drink that is bad. I’d be surprised if I ever return despite it being the closest to my new apartment
