I’ve visited this Starbucks three times and always order an iced matcha latte with no sugar or very little sugar. Once, it was extremely strong with barely any milk; another time, it tasted like sugary milk. The last one was mostly foam, overly sweet, and had almost no matcha flavor. It’s disappointing to pay for a drink and have my order made incorrectly every time.
2 Separate days, two mobile orders that take 20+ minutes to be ready. What’s going on here. Today no online ordering how lame and how do you run out of basics?? Try them again and then again it took another 20 minutes for mobile ordering. When I expressed my discontent, the barista simply told me I’m sorry you feel that way. 10/1 Another day no online ordering and lobby closed?? 10/21 Online ordering has been down for days now.
Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Service. Employee Tara Let me begin by saying that I never leave reviews on places. However, in this instance I could not stay quiet. Online ordering is disabled EVERY day and for HOURS. It's been disabled today for over two hours and there's no way they are still backed up. Additionally the drink I get which is just a vanilla sweet cream nitro, literally two ingredients, is never made the same. Too much or too little sweet cream and the nitro is hit or miss as well. They will occasionally make it as a regular cold brew and try to gaslight me by saying it's what I ordered when the nitro has no ice.
