Coming from a horrible drive thru experience at another Starbucks this one sure made it right They were kind polite respectful and very accommodating to what we were ordering great job!

I have never dealt with worst customer service than this person called Ana today at the 6702 Bird Road Miami location. I am appalled I also think she is the manager. Someone in her team was actually trying to be better and she would even snap at her for being kind to me in trying to explain that they had 30 people in line and that they were collapsed. I asked for a refund and left, we can all understand a delay or be compassionate because she was clearly over her head- but the issue was Ana and her attitude- how terrible.
Bella, Ethan, Hailey, Eli, Abby, all treated me amazing, I love this store, it’s so clean and not only that, the staff are soo welcoming!! When me and my husband come in here often now and they’ve even recognized my order! Thank you so much :)
I hit the drive-thru on the way to work. I ordered the bacon, egg & gouda sandwich to go. The person at the window was very pleasant for 0610 in the morning. My sandwich was ready within minutes and I was on my way.
