Unfortunately, I'm posting this comment as a complaint about a female barista on the night shift. Her rude attitude stood out because the staff at this location are usually very friendly, give recommendations, and have a positive attitude. This barista however was awful from the start. She didn't say hello, neither did she know where the matcha option was on the menu, letting me know with a shrug. When I went to pay she told me she didn't have enough change for a 50-dollar bill, but rather than offer a solution she continued... read more
