I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Starbucks! Carlos, Sarah, Miguel, and Maria deserve special recognition for their outstanding customer service, friendly attitudes, and professionalism. They go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Their positive energy, teamwork, and attention to detail truly make a difference and create such a great atmosphere. Miguel was the best along with Sarah 10/10 coming here all the time
It's such a shame to see this starbucks in the state it is now. I used to be able to come here to get a drink, relax, maybe do some work or chat with the workers or people who came in but as of late, the environment has been less than welcoming. There's a lot of new faces working behind the counter, some of the workers are great and actually seem like they enjoy their job or are willing to talk, however; Most recent times I've entered the store, there would be no greeting and a lack of enthusiasm. The best store I ever went. There is a young lady name Sarah, her attitude was amazing and she was good with other customers. Store was busy, but the music was relaxing while I was getting my work done. Definitely stop by ✅
Now that I’ve seen some of the other one-star reviews, my experience unfortunately makes more sense. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where I wasn’t greeted upon entering, especially when the store was not busy whatsoever. Unfortunately, Moira was not friendly, welcoming, or particularly knowledgeable when I asked about the new seasonal items.
